Chemo stinks. There's no way around that fact. But that doesn't mean that you can't prepare for it and meet the challenges head-on. Unfortunately, not everyone knows what the side-effects will be and that there are ways to minimize or avoid them A 2010 Northwestern University study found that many people on chemotherapy were unprepared for the skin-related side effects of their chemo. Face Wash

Usage:
- Use Lindi Body Wash with warm water over entire body in shower/bath
- Wash hands frequently to reduce germs and keep hands soft and moisturized
- Use as a scalp wash by gently massaging into scalp, then rinse
- Leaves a light moisturizing layer on the skin
Body Lotion

- Best used while skin is still damp

Soothing Balm

Highly effective in helping to alleviate Radiation Dermatitis Especially formulated for patients with hand and foot conditions, cracked heels, and extremely dry, sensitive skin
- Special texture absorbs quickly
Goes on smooth, without being slippery or oily (unlike petroleumbased products) so you can go about your daily activities
- Helps to alleviate the discomfort of sunburn
Usage:
- Dispense a small amount into hands and smooth over problem areas
- Helps alleviate itching and scaling when used on scalp
- Great for everyday use and recommended for the hands and feet, especially at night
Skin Coolers
Features & Benefits:
- Infused hydrogel dressing sheet with aloe
Provides instant cooling relief to any part of the body
- Disposable 5-foot roll or 4” X 7” Pad
- Excellent for relief after radiation, irritation, and sunburn
Usage:
- Apply Cooler Padto radiated site and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with cool water after use and store in container in refrigerator. May be re-used 3 –4 times.
OR
- Open Cooler Rollpackage and remove excess water. Feed end of roll through plastic slit.
- Cut cooler roll to desired length and remove paper backing.
- Gently apply to affected skin area after radiation treatment (never apply prior to radiation treatment)
- Leave on skin for 20 minutes for maximum comfort
- Can be used 3-4 times per day
- Place unused roll in plastic bag (provided) and refrigerate
- No need to refrigerate before opened. However, once opened and refrigerated, let stand for 5 minutes before using.
- Please note the expiration date on the bottom of the cooler roll/pad.
