Wigs and toppers are a very personal purchase. One needs to understand ALL wigs need to be cut, tweaked, styled and customized to make them perfect for the individual who will be wearing them. The initial cutting and styling is included always in the purchase price. I will match up your colour and style as close as possible to what ever your "normal" is (notice I didn't necessarily say "natural!" )
Often I've heard client's say they felt that by them wearing a wig or a topper must make them vain.... let me be VERY clear- if you are experiencing hair loss, or thinning for whatever reason- wearing a wig or a topper is about PRIVACY... ..not vanity. It's none of anyone's business why you are wearing a wig or topper. Having different hair options or wig options sometimes allows us to put our best foot forward. We all have the right to feel our best.

Hair Solutions to Match Your Style and Needs
Wigs come with a variety of caps. Some have see through scalp, some have a lace front, others offer a "root" at the base. When you come for a consultation we will find what will best suit your needs, and budget. I suggest that one checks into their own insurance as some may have partial or total coverage for the cost of a wig. Every company is different, so it is your responsibility to confirm what coverage you have and to what amount. How do you know if you would do best with synthetic or natural? It depends on what your needs, and your goals are. In our consultation we will, together, find what will be best for your lifestyle.
Toppers
Toppers are great for people who have thin hair or lacking desired volume. Perhaps you did not lose all your hair in chemotherapy, or you are experiencing a form of alopecia or general thinning. You need "something"-but not necessarily a full wig. This offers a GREAT solution.

These two pictures are called Eva .You can’t beat a great synthetic back hairline. So amazing how it mimics a natural hairline. These both have an open cap- which means you can’t see through the top (your scalp) like you can in a monofilament. However, they have a lace front which gives the illusion of a natural hairline.

Natural Hair Wigs
Say Hello to Carrie from Jon Renau, An easy look in a hand tied lace front wig. This wig is made with Remy hair and has a natural wave as well for multiple hair styling options. This wig is made with a blend of Asian and Indian hair.
This is Miranda from House Of European Hair. This is one of 4 options in natural grey, which can be hard to find in 100% human hair) The cap features a handmade French Top and a hand tied back for an extremely natural look and endless styling options. Made with virgin European Hair that is incredibly soft and silky.
Reba by House of European Hair is a gorgeous long human hair wig with a monofilament top and a lace front, giving you a natural looking hairline and a realistic scalp appearance. Made with virgin European and some that have been gently lifted, this hair is incredibly soft and silky, and moves freely. It also gives you the freedom to switch it up the colour and customize to your liking

Partial Wigs For The Everyday
May I introduce you to what I call the "Sharrie" Sharrie is a beautiful inside and out, funny lady. She would tell me she never had so much attention from men as she did when she wore hers in a braid off to the side! If you were to look up the word "sparkle" I'm sure her picture would be there as the definition. Great option by Henry Margu called "Hair Accents" These hats actually are one of my absolute favorite ideas! And this is just one option! Hats with Hair! Not a full wig, but no one is the wiser! A great option that you can throw on when someone unexpectedly comes to the door, or you have to run out to the grocery store, picking the kids up from school. These are available (see below) as well as other awesome partial ideas that you can wear YOUR OWN hats with in the Boutique section. A must have for sure! These are offered in synthetic fibre
Partial Wigs For The Everyday
Great thing about this option is if you are indeed a "Hat Wearer" normally, you can incorporate your own hats with this hair! Say hello to "Hat Magic"by Jon Renau. This is also available in a "Bob" style in the Boutique

If you have shorter hair and just need a little bit showing from under your hats these halos or face framers offer a great option as well. All these pieces can be cut to suit your everyday look. These pieces are all synthetic., and called "Halo's" by Henry Margu
During the Day, Hanging out at Home, Out and About....
During the day at home, or going out these head coverings are great options that will go with anything you wear. Some of these are Bamboo material, which in my experience is one of the softest and most comfortable material you can have on your scalp. Especially if you have lost all your hair. Don’t over think wearing patterns or wearing headwear with “textures” such as ruching. This can actually take away from the emphasis and appearance of not having hair. It’s important to get up and get dressed. Add some earrings and a bit of lip gloss and on with your day you go-whether at home, or out and about. As the saying goes “You look good- you feel better” There are more options available in the Boutique
Day WearBe Comfortable
Wearing colour gives you colour. You can dress it up or dress it down however you see fit.
Sleep Wear For Your Head
With one of the side effects of chemotherapy can be partial or total loss of hair. Then add the possibility of hot flashes or “sweats” on top of that, you are uncomfortable. This can leave you feeling damp and then chilly after the hot flash subsides. These caps beside and below I refer to as “pajamas for your head” They are made of bamboo material and can “wick away” moisture away from your scalp. Allowing you to feel drier and more comfortable while sleeping. Plus, with less material, it allows the caps to fit closer to your head, keeping you more cozy. If you know for sure that you will have full hair loss, you’ve might’ve been told your scalp might feel tender prior to that. Wearing one of these caps can keep your hair more “still” when your head is on the pillow, keeping you more comfortable.
Be Comfortable When Sleeping
The black and beige ones would also be an appropriate size for most men as well.
